IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

When buying products from BowlingShirt.com you may have it shipped via one of our available shipping options. We ship orders Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. We do not ship on weekends. Standard shipments will be processed within 1-2 business days of the time of purchase.

Same day order processing is available -- A $20 RUSH CHARGE will apply to all shipments needing to be processed the same business day the order is placed. Your order must be confirmed before 12 NOON Central Standard Time in order for it to ship the same day. These orders will ship via the shipping option you select. If no RUSH CHARGE is added to the order, there is no guarantee that the order will be processed the same business day.

Once your order is placed online, you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email. When your order is shipped out of our warehouse, you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email. Once your order is placed online, you will receive two e-mails: an ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER and an ONLINE ORDER RECEIPT. When your order is shipped out of our warehouse, FedEx will e-mail you a PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER to track your order.

SHIPPING TO CONTINENTAL U.S.:

Our STANDARD SHIPPING Service for Continental U.S. destinations is either FedEX Ground or USPS 1st Class/Priority mail (based on package size & weight) Delivery Time: 3-7 business days per FedEx/USPS. FedEX does offer a Saturday delivery but you must call to set this option up. FedEX NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR, & 3-DAY SELECT are also available at actual charges. ALASKA & HAWAII customers: If you have a deadline for delivery, please choose one the FedEX shipping options.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE U.S.:

***Due to the changes in the postal code, all international retail orders will be shipped via FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL. There is a 4 pound weight limit (3 shirts) and delivery is generally 12-18 days. Overseas customers may request PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL (5-8 day service) at a cost of $8.00 additional to the prices listed to the right. **Please let us know you want PRIORITY SHIPPING in the comments section of your order and you may send the additional $8.00 to us via Paypal at paypal@cruisinusa.com or you may send us an eMail authorization to charge your cresit card to Marcia@cruisinusa.com. Priority Mail International will be used on all International shipments over 4 lbs.

*Please know that our shipping times reflect the USPS website. If you have a specific date you must hit please contact us for help with shipping options. Sometimes packages may get delayed at customs. Thanks. We are currently NOT shipping to Nigeria due to fraud issues.

RETURNS:

All returns must have a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return. Please e-mail returns@cruisinusa.com or call (800)444-1685 and ask for our Returns Dept. PLEASE NOTE: There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise returned after 30 days of an invoice in unused condition. For every subsequent 30 days an additional 10% fee will be added. Items which are received dirty, worn, price-ticketed, or items bought on closeout or discounted will not be accepted for return. We cannot accept returns of any kind after 90 days from purchase date.
